Bij mooi weer kunt u in het Moretum van een heerlijk kopje koffie of thee onder of tussen de vele soorten moerbeibomen genieten. Bij het museum is een zijdewinkeltje (waar u leuke zijden kado-artikelen/souvenirs kunt kopen), een koffie- en theecorner, en een filmzaal waar video's over de zijdeteelt getoond worden. Bovendien zijn er wisselexposities.
