I am Akos Mester. With over three decades of experience in natural health and consciousness-based therapies, I offer a deeply integrated and empathetic approach to client care. As a certified Ayurveda Health Consultant, Clinical Aromatherapist, Sukshma Marma Therapist, and Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems practitioner, I specialize in supporting the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—through personalized, holistic treatments. Grounded in Maharishi’s Vedic Approach to Health, my work recognizes the individual as a unified living intelligence, and draws on nature’s most refined modalities to restore balance and vitality. I have guided hundreds of clients through physical cleansing with Panchakarma and home-based herbal detox programs, and supported their mental well-being with the scientifically validated practice of Transcendental Meditation. My extensive background in one-on-one consultations, wellness education, and therapeutic coaching—both in private practice and in academic settings—has honed my ability to listen, understand, and guide with compassion and precision.
