As a LabVIEW Developer since 1986 I've built many different and diverse systems based on the LabVIEW software platform and related National Instruments hardware. Some of the more significant projects have been the dial modem, development time, test system for Motorola/Codex, the ATSC standards verification test system for HDTV at the Advanced TV Test Center, various manufacturing time digital camera testers at Polaroid, and the Tellabs 7100 DWDM fiber optic router transponder test system. In addition I've done industrial controls and PLC work for an industrial wastewater treatment plant, animal and human clinical psychology testing, automotive filter testing, materials science testing, MEMS testing, satellite radio temperature compensation, battery testing and teaching. As well as LabVIEW, I am proficient in VB6, and VB.NET using NI Measurement Studio. Many of my projects have made considerable use of ADO/.NET & SQL Server and I've used databases from within LabVIEW and VB6/.NET. I'm also proficient in Web development using ASP/.NET for publishing documentation and various web interfaces.
