【広島かき老舗】かなわ海産は慶応3年（1867年）創業以来、生食用かきのみを生産してまいりました。広島市から直線で約３０キロ以上沖合の大黒神島（無人島）の筏から採取しております。その海域は生活排水が流れ込まなく透明度が10ｍ以上ある美しい海です。そして塩分濃度が3％以上と高く、牡蠣の身は締まっているので旨味の濃い牡蠣が出来ます。そこで採れた牡蠣は、浄化洗浄しなくても生食用かきの安全基準を遥かに下回る程の海だから安全でおいしいです。生牡蠣とかきのオイル漬け(燻製)のかなわ海産から美味しい生牡蠣をお取り寄せできます。
