You are Welcome! IMTALD for stands for "Initiative on Mother Tongue and Literacy Development". Our concern, passion and heart beat is about aiding the translated Scriptures, God's Word to every language in need of it in Nigeria. Working with global partners, we render services to the local churches in terms of training, developing orthography for languages, consulting, literacy workshops, project management all aiming at having a meaningful and accurate translation in the local mother tongue. The mission is a great task we are fulfilling according to God's will for humanity. Our Vision Statement: To see language communities, develop both spiritually and physically to the glory of God by having access to God's Word in their mother tongue for the building of a strong body of believers. Our Mission Statement: We partner to engage communities, and promote languages development, literacy and Bible translation to enhance a total spiritual reliance on God for transformed lives. Our Core Values: Doing all to the glory of God. Valuing teamwork, commitment, quality result and relationship. Transparency, honesty and accountability to all our partners. Why Bible Translation?
