In 1995, she moved to the Valley where she resigned the corporate climb and followed her true passion as a Real Estate Broker. Passion: Patricia owned and operated Aubel & Associates, a boutique real estate firm concentrating on the Valleys resort and local markets since 2000. She is dedicated to continuing education and has achieved her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Vail Pro and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations.
